By accessing or using laimadesign.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Custom Product Orders
Laima offers AI-assisted custom apparel. All designs are generated based on content you provide (photos, prompts, or other inputs). By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design prior to purchase.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright — Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you submit to Laima — including photos, images, text, and any other materials — does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
By submitting content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the submitted content, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
- Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity
- Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
Laima is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, any intellectual property infringement resulting from content submitted by users. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laima and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. License to User-Submitted Content
By submitting photos, images, or other content to Laima and placing an order, you grant Laima a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted content and the resulting custom designs — including final product images — for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across any media, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
You retain ownership of your original submitted content. This license does not allow us to sell your content independently or transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to Laima's marketing.
If you do not wish your design to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us at support@laimadesign.com at the time of purchase.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
