All Sales Final on Custom Items

All products sold on Laima are custom-made to order based on your unique design. Because each item is individually produced for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

Quality Issues

If you believe your order has a printing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us at support@laimadesign.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review your case individually. If we determine that the print does not meet standard quality benchmarks, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. If the printed design matches your submitted artwork and meets normal print quality standards, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Design Dissatisfaction

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from low-resolution images, unclear photos, or design choices made by the customer. We strongly encourage you to review your AI-generated design carefully before placing your order, as we cannot issue refunds due to dissatisfaction with a design that was accurately reproduced.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
