Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is the main subject. Front-facing or slightly angled shots work best. Avoid blurry photos, photos with multiple pets, or photos where your pet is mostly obscured. A simple background helps the AI focus on your pet's features. Minimum recommended resolution is 500×500 pixels.

Yes. You can generate as many designs as you like and switch between different styles until you find one you love. There is no limit on generations. Once you're happy with a design, add it to your cart to purchase.

T-shirts are $45 and tote bags are $35, with free shipping included for all US orders. Each price covers the AI design generation, printing, and delivery — there are no hidden fees.

Because each item is custom-made for you, production begins within 24 hours of your order. After that window, we cannot cancel or modify orders. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@laimadesign.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

All sales on custom items are final. However, if your item arrives with a printing defect or is damaged in transit, email us at support@laimadesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, then shipped via standard US delivery (3–5 business days). Total expected delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. We currently ship to US addresses only.

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing via Printful, one of the leading print-on-demand providers. DTG produces vibrant, high-resolution prints that are soft to the touch and wash well. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water to preserve the design.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all photos and content you submit do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Laima does not accept liability for any IP infringement arising from user-submitted content. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to all content you provide.

A traditional pet portrait gives you digital artwork to frame. Laima puts that artwork on premium streetwear — t-shirts, hoodies, and hats — ready to wear. Every design is generated uniquely from your pet's actual photo, so no two shirts are identical. It's wearable custom merch, not just a print.

We print using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology via Printful, producing photo-realistic full-color prints with no cracking or peeling. To keep colors vivid: wash inside-out in cold water (30°C / 86°F max), tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print.

Classic t-shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton (180 gsm), soft and pre-shrunk. Oversized tees are garment-dyed for a vintage worn-in feel. Hoodies are a cotton-polyester blend for durability and warmth. All blanks are sourced from Printful's premium catalog.

The AI is trained to focus on your pet and discard the background. A clean, simple background helps capture fine details like whisker tips or ear shape, but it is not required. Indoor shots against a plain wall or floor work well. The final design will not include the original background.

Yes — the AI analyzes your pet's fur pattern, color, and facial features to create a design that is recognizably your pet. Distinctive markings like patches, spots, or unusual coloring translate especially well. Providing a high-resolution, well-lit photo gives the best results.
